Security Guard

The Security Officer will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of the Center. This position involves overseeing the security of entrances and exits, managing visitor access, assisting with deliveries, and addressing any security concerns that arise. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and secure all entrances and exits of the center to ensure they are locked and only authorized individuals enter or exit the premises. Verify the identity and credentials of visitors and ensure proper sign-in procedures are followed. Assist with the handling and processing of deliveries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate locations and handled securely. Conduct regular patrols of the center grounds and interior to detect and address any potential security issues. Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, providing assistance as needed. Maintain clear and accurate records of security activities and incidents. Perform any additional security-related duties as required by the center. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certifications are a plus. Previous experience in a security or safety-related role preferred. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Knowledge of security systems and protocols is beneficial. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
