Schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm local time.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Leading and implementing day-to-day workflow prioritiesDeveloping staff. Drive employee engagement across the team and the departmentHiring and onboarding of new team membersManaging the team members' day-to-day activities, to guide all team members to achieve or exceed production and quality metricsCoaching and performance improvement plans for team members who fail to meet established metricsAssist with various projects with the Program Management, Account Management, Quality, and Operations teams to improve program performanceLead training programs related to Productivity, Quality, Health Literacy, and Medicare Stars/HEDIS initiativesWorking with Pharmacy Senior Leadership to adapt team plans and priorities to address business and operational challengesCommunicating organizational priorities and vision to team membersCovering day-to-day workflow prioritiesRequired Qualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Equivalent ExperienceActive, unrestricted pharmacy license5+ years of experience in Clinical Pharmacy Practice3+ years of experience in Call Center1+ years of experience in management (or equivalent senior clinical pharmacist experience)Experience with Medicare STARs & HEDIS MeasuresPreferred Qualifications:MBA/MPH DegreeActive, unrestricted pharmacy license in one of the states considered as Restricted (ID, KY, LA, MD, OR, TN, MD)Certified Geriatric PharmacistBoard certification by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS)Medication Therapy Management (MTM) ExperienceProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointBilingual in Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, Korean, or VietnameseProven excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently, as well as a member of a teamDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent projects*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
