Pick/Pack Associate

Position Summary:We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Associate to join our warehouse team. This role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders from start to finish in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with SKUs, order fulfillment systems, and warehouse inventory processes.Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick products based on order sheets or scanning systemsPack orders securely and efficiently for shipmentVerify SKUs and quantities to ensure order accuracyLabel and prepare shipments according to company standardsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceRestock shelves and maintain inventory organizationAssist with regular inventory counts and cycle checksFollow all safety protocols and warehouse proceduresCommunicate any order discrepancies or inventory issues to supervisors Requirements:Previous experience in order fulfillment, pick/pack, or warehouse operationsStrong familiarity with SKUs, barcodes, and inventory systemsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (hot/cold conditions)Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsDependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Benefits:Consistent weekday schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMCompetitive hourly rate: $18.00/hourOpportunity to work in a growing and supportive team environmentOn-the-job training and potential for long-term growth
