(Hybrid)Rate: Open | Duration: ContractExp: 9+ YearsRole Overview:We are seeking a hands-on Gen AI Engineer / Tech Lead with a strong background in Python, AWS serverless infrastructure, and machine learning platforms. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of real-world applications using cutting-edge Generative AI models and multi-agent control systems (MCP).The ideal candidate thrives in startup-style, fast-paced environments, and has experience transforming AI concepts into scalable, production-ready systems.Key Responsibilities:Build and deploy Gen AI-powered applications using frameworks like LangChain and CrewAIDevelop and manage multi-agent architectures via MCP servers and orchestration toolsIntegrate with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and local modelsDrive end-to-end product lifecycle: concept → prototype → deploymentImplement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and optimize prompt workflowsCoordinate vector DB integration with tools like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISSEnsure scalable, serverless deployment on AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB)Collaborate across teams for DevOps, MLOps, and continuous deliveryRequired Technical Skills:Python programming (Advanced)Strong foundation in Data Structures & AlgorithmsSolid grasp of Machine Learning concepts and workflowsExperience with ML Ops and cloud-native deployments (especially AWS)Proficient in LangChain (chains, tools, memory, agents)Experience with CrewAI (agent roles, delegation, multi-agent orchestration)Familiarity with MCP (Multi-agent Control Plane) systemsSkilled in working with Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISSLLM Integration: OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source/local LLMsKnowledge of RAG frameworks and best practicesStrong Prompt Engineering and context handling skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in deploying AI Agents & MCP servers in productionPrior experience in startup or early-stage product environmentsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to lead and mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
