Job Title: Project ManagerJob Location: Richmond Hill, GABase Salary: $80K-$130KRequirements: 3+ years of Civil Project Management experience on commercial, public, industrial and/environmental projects.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects, focusing on heavy civil works such as earthwork, grading, and utility installations. The ideal candidate will ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while effectively leading a team and communicating with stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work.Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.Resolve any issues that arise during project execution.Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and best practices in construction.Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders, particularly in marine and utility projects.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil construction.Strong knowledge of earthwork, grading, utilities, water, sewer, and marine construction projects.Familiarity with USACE regulations and project requirements.BenefitsMedicalVisionDental401(K)BonusAnd More!
