This is a long-term opportunity (2 years) for an experienced professional to provide design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level software applications.The selected consultant will play a key role in building and maintaining applications that support workflow management, data management, document handling, and public-facing portals. You will collaborate with internal teams, participate in requirement gathering, and deliver high-quality solutions while adhering to strict confidentiality and non-partisanship standards.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and backend systems.Document requirements, processes, and technical designs.Develop applications using:Angular (18+ and prior versions), Nx.NET (8+ and prior versions), C#TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSSSQL Server (2016+)Integrate new work into existing systems and codebases.Commit source code and documentation to a shared repository.Provide weekly status updates and attend monthly remote meetings with project managers.Collaborate with technical staff, transfer knowledge, and ensure code quality.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (experience may substitute for education).10+ years of professional software engineering experience.Strong expertise with C#, .NET (Core/Standard), ASP.NET, SQL Server, Angular, Nx, Git, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Demonstrated experience with workflow automation, document management, and public-facing web applications.Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours when needed.Must be non-partisan and able to handle sensitive, confidential information.Contract Details:Remote role (must be available during standard EST business hours).Hourly rate: $50–$75 Initial term of 2 years with potential renewal.The consultant must provide weekly time tracking and documentation.Application Instructions:Interested candidates should apply directly to the job posting with:An updated resume highlighting relevant experience and technologies.A summary of recent projects, including scope, role, and technologies used.At least three professional references.Submission Deadline: September 8th, 2025 @ 2:00 PM EST
