Mental Health Therapist

Job Description Job Summary We are seeking licensed or pre licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities * Perform intake assessments * Provide face to face and virtual psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and children * Create individualized treatment plans for each client * Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments * Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan * Perform regular wellness checks * Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Educational & Licensure Requirements * Applicants need to meet either of the following educational & licensure requirements to qualify: * Master's degree in counseling, social work or related field w/ VA State issued Counseling License * Master's degree in counseling, social work or related field w/ VA State approved Residency status Qualifications * License must be current and unrestricted * Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Positive, compassionate attitude, and helpful * Highly organized w/ exceptional writing skills Additional Note Regarding Compensation/Flexibility * Pre-licensed- $30 - $35 per hour TBD based on experience. * Licensed- Salary is based on a therapist/agency percentage split TBD based on experience. * This position is a hybrid position; Applicant is expected to offer both Telehealth and Face to Face to Face Therapy
