Product OwnerLooking for skilled Product Owners with at least 3 years of experience in managing product backlogs, refining user stories, and delivering value-driven solutions. Must have hands-on experience in PI Planning, including stakeholder collaboration, prioritization, and driving product vision. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills ability to translate business needs into actionable roadmaps while ensuring alignment with Agile teams. Proven experience as a Product Owner in real estate technology implementations (preferably with CoStar or similar platforms). Lease abstraction and administration Lease accounting (e.g., ASC 842 compliance) Lease audits and compliance reviews Rent and related bill payment processes Experience or understanding of Transaction Management: Transaction case management and documentation Business case preparation for real estate transactions Site selection, lease/purchase negotiations, execution, and close out Metro strategy and planning for real estate portfolios Portfolio management and optimization Operational budgeting and financial planning Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration for CoStar or experience with similar real estate management systems. Data management skills, including data migration, validation, and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to work effectively with business, technical, and vendor teams Define and prioritize product features and user stories. Collaborate with stakeholders during PI Planning to create roadmaps Support backlog refinement and development team needs. Communicate product vision and ensure alignment with business goals. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies. 3+ years of Product Owner experience. Experience with backlog management and user story creation Proven expertise in PI Planning Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
