*Member Services Representative * *Location:* Ann Arbor, MI*Employment Type:* Direct Hire*Department:* Member Services*Reports To:* Branch Manager *Position Summary* The *Member Services Representative* serves as the frontline representative for members, delivering exceptional service and administrative support across a variety of banking functions. This role requires a welcoming personality, strong communication skills, and a mindset geared toward ownership, accountability, and problemsolving. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in customerfacing environments, embrace responsibility, and take initiative-especially when challenges arise. *Key Responsibilities* *Member Service & Account Support* * Open, close, and maintain member accounts* Assist members with Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)* Support legal account needs such as power of attorney, guardianships, conservatorships, and death claims* Help members with home banking access and debit card setup* Manage account inquiries, fraud issues, and service troubleshooting* Answer member inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms* Deliver consistent, friendly greetings and immediate acknowledgment to all members *Operational & Administrative Duties* * Process wire transfers, stop payments, travel notices, address changes, and check orders* Provide administrative and clerical support to loan processing functions* Prepare, assemble, and send loan packages* Maintain organized filing systems and retrieve required documentation* Communicate with members and internal teams in the absence of loan officers* Update interest rate sheets and related system information* Perform additional duties as assigned *MustHave Qualifications & Traits* Candidates must strongly demonstrate the following:* *Pleasant, welcoming demeanor with a natural smile** *Clear, confident, and professional communication skills** *Experience opening and closing customer accounts** *Comfort handling challenging customers and situations** *Willingness to answer phones promptly and assist without hesitation* *Schedule* * Monday-Friday: *9:00 AM - 5:30 PM** *No Saturdays at this time** *One-hour lunch and one 15minute break (teammanaged)* *Training & Onboarding* * Onsite branch training* Initial onboarding includes paperwork and job shadowing* Handson, managerled training approach based on learning pace* Online training platform available for regulatory and system education *Work Environment & Culture* * Familyoriented, teamdriven environment* Strong emphasis on accountability, initiative, and member service* Leadership is highly handson and invested in employee success* A culture built around teamwork, consistency, and pride in service*Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Ann Arbor, MI.*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $47840.00/yr.Benefit need to be updated.*Workplace Type*This is a fully onsite position in Ann Arbor,MI.*Application Deadline*This position is anticipated to close on Mar 31, 2026.h4>About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
