Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Pleasant Hill/Sparta/Crossville Caregivers. In this role, you will provide personalized in-home care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and groomingProvide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication remindersOffer companionship and emotional support to clientsMonitor client health and safety, reporting any changes or concernsCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providersFollow detailed care plans and company policiesRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious caregiving or healthcare experience is a plusReliable transportation to and from client homes in Pleasant Hill/Sparta/Crossville, TNStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to pass a background checkCompassionate, patient, and dependable personalityBenefitsCompetitive pay of $15.50 per hour, paid weeklyFlexible scheduling optionsAbout the CompanyPreferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is committed to providing high-quality, personalized home care services.
