This position is designed to create a virtual school environment that is demanding, credible, and demonstrably effective.You will be accountable for the complete operational framework of the virtual program. This encompasses the design of student experience, management of advisor performance, execution of cohort-based interventions, and cultivation of parent confidence. There is no established blueprint to follow. You will conduct root-cause analysis, implement rapid course corrections, step into live sessions as necessary, and construct the systems that make 3× learning outcomes sustainable.This is an operational leadership role for someone who values measurement.
