Full-time Maintenance Position

Amerind Foundation, in Dragoon AZ, has a full-time (40 hrs./week) maintenance position open. Primary duties would be grounds keeping and custodial work, include both inside and outside work and weekends. Must be able to lift 75lbs. Applicant must have one or more of the following skills: plumbing; electrical; fencing; woodworking/carpentry; painting; building maintenance and auto maintenance. Outdoor work can include mowing; weeding; road maintenance; sweeping. Operating lawn mowers, shovels, rakes and weed eaters. Must be able to stand, bend, sit, kneel, lift, reach and move about quickly, pick-up, manipulate, move, raise and lower heavy material, climb ladders, and operate a range of maintenance equipment that is typically required of these job duties. Dependable transportation and valid driver's license required and must be able to pass a background check.
