During this time, we will pay you $12 per session once completed for all sessions you are coaching or assisting.2) 2-week training period . This will be scheduled once we have discussed with you and coaches you were partnered with and both sides want to continue. During this phase you will again be paired with our staff coaches, and asked to assist or coach sessions at various locations during the week. Pay for these will be $15 session if training is completed, or if we decide not to continue with the hiring. During this step, we will also begin your background check process, and hiring paperwork. You will also be asked to complete online training videos to help you see and continue to learn the Soccer Shots Process.3) When you officially start working with us as an independent coach, your pay per session will be $20.OUR CULTURE:We are a young company with a lively culture.
