Lead Remodeling CarpenterThe Carpenter Remodeler will be responsible for performing a wide range of carpentry tasks involved in residential and/or commercial remodeling projects. This includes framing, finish carpentry, drywall installation and repair, demolition, and other general construction duties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of carpentry, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently or with a team.Responsibilities:Execute all phases of carpentry work, including rough framing, finish carpentry (trim, doors, windows, cabinetry installation), and general repairs.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate project execution.Perform demolition tasks safely and efficiently, including proper disposal of materials.Install and repair drywall, including taping, mudding, and sanding to a paint-ready finish.Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications.Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, maintaining all tools and equipment in good working order.Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.Collaborate effectively with project managers, other trades, and clients to ensure seamless project flow.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Identify and troubleshoot issues, offering practical solutions to challenges that arise during projects.Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions in a professional manner.Adhere to project timelines and budgets.Assist with other general construction duties as needed.Qualifications:Minimum of [3] years of proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong focus on remodeling projects.Demonstrated expertise in both rough and finish carpentry techniques.Proficiency in drywall installation and finishing.Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
