Registered Nurse-Behavioral Health- Part-Time in Elgin/Dupage

We are looking for a Registered Nurse- Behavioral Health Part-Time in DuPage and Elgin who exemplifies that mission, and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference. What will you be doing? Responsible for the provision of nursing service, to meet the identified health care needs of a designated population of clients Assessthe health needs of clients Planfor the provision of needed health services Implementa plan of care, and evaluating outcomes and ongoing health needs in collaboration with the client and other members of the health care team, as needed Assist with coverage for psychiatric clinics as needed AID Provides: Tuition reimbursement Health, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance plan Employer-paid short-term & long-term disability plan Holiday pay Paid time off Retirement plan Employer-paid critical illness plan What will you bring to the table? Must be a graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program Current, unrestricted Illinois Registered Nurse License in good standing with the State licensing board Current BLS certification A minimum of two years of previous nursing experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and/or neurological impairments is preferred. What additional requirements are there? Must acquire and maintain certifications in CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, OIG- Rule 50, and attend other relevant trainings, as required. Position requires ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, or weekends and to assume 24 hour on call responsibility for assigned program. Use of employee personal automobile for local community travel between program sites. Drives self on agency business.
