Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef Manager located in Indianapolis, IN. The Chef Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety are maintained. Responsibilities include menu planning, supervising culinary staff, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The Chef Manager will collaborate with the team to create a welcoming dining experience while managing costs and efficiency in operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and understanding Food & Beverage techniquesStrong knowledge of Food Quality standards and practicesExperience in Culinary Management, including supervision of kitchen staff, inventory management, and menu planningExceptional organizational and time-management skillsUnderstanding and adherence to food safety guidelines and regulationsAbility to lead and inspire a diverse culinary team with a collaborative approachFormal culinary training or degree in Culinary Arts or related field, and relevant certifications are a plusExperience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality environment is highly desirable
