Company DescriptionDover Eye Care is a multi-doctor private eye care practice dedicated to providing complete family eye care in Dover, NH. We are committed to delivering exceptional vision services with a focus on patient satisfaction and community health.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Optometrist role based in Dover, NH. Our practice is a busy medical eye are practice in the heart of Dover NH. We are expanding to include a second location. We are looking for NH licensed optometrist with preferable glaucoma certification to join our team of doctors. Interests in family eye care, glaucoma management, initiating myopia management, and interests in research a plus. If there is a particular area of eye care that is of great interest, our team will work with you to build an exam room and protocol to support your interests. The job involves part time or full time with benefits. A work day is Monday -Fridays from 8-5 with 2 patients an hour and an assigned technician to do pretesting. Hours can be adjusted for family care needs. Our office is equipped with OPTOS, OCT, Octopus HVF and Virtual HVF, Auto-refractor, Tear Care, Lipiscan, Lipiflow, Meiboflo, Topcon topographer, RetEval ERG, pachymetry, ICare and any equipment that will allow you to practice optometry in your area of interest. We have a full staff and services that include a call center, pre-patient visit billing review, an emergency triage call and text system to help assist and maintain your patient care. Our office is structured in huddle teams. Each team PSRs, technician, opticians, billing specialists and doctors are lead by an amazing practice manager that is able to communicate and collaborate to allow for a safe and supported work environment.Full time benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, license fees, CE fees, malpractice, DEA fees, AOA dues, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), paid holidays, paid vacation, sick days and a 1/2 day off for your birthday.
