Loan Officer
Our Loan Officer are individuals with the vision and dedication needed to assist our current and future customers finance the vehicle of their dreams, while driving value to auto dealer partners. Our Loan Officer position is a challenging and dynamic position with opportunity for advancement. The successful Loan Officer will source new sales opportunities to achieve quotas. Candidate will play a key role in increasing the income and revenues by managing customer auto finance needs and negotiating dealer relationships. Candidate will educate, train, and acquire new customers and foster existing and new Dealer partners along with acquiring new sources and will play an active role in securing contracts. Additionally, you will manage and consult in all sales activities and account development.DUTIES, TASKS, RESPONSIBILTIES (includes, but not limited to) Present and communicate company loan products and services to all levels of management within new and existing customers and connect them to an Independent and/or Franchise DealershipsIdentify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to youFollow-up on new leads and referrals stemming from lead generating partnerships and/or referralsPrepare loan offers and proposals for all levels of management within the Franchise dealershipDevelop and maintain and grow current client and potential client relationships within the independent and franchise dealer communitiesConstant communication with Independent and Franchise dealers on current promotions, marketing information, and training documentsTrain dealers on proper documentation needed for fast-funding of contractsKnowledge, Skills, Licenses Ability to persuade and influence othersPresentation skills (from initial creation to delivery)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong knowledge of cold calling, appointment setting, and sales techniquesKnowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniquesStrong computer skills and adaptability to new technologyEDUCATIONBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred ExperienceAutomotive, Finance and Sales Experience; required Previous Outside Sales Experience; preferred Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook); requiredKnowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL; beneficialPay rateWhat’s our pay plan?Self-determined, performance-based compensation packageBase pay of $17.87 per hour or $3,097.47 per month. You will also receive commission for every funded deal effective the date of your employmentGuarantee bonus of $700.00 a month for the first six (6) months, unless you exceed the bonus guarantee, in which case you would receive the higher amountGuarantee minimum $3,797.47 for the first six (6) months Our advisors are earning an average of $4,487 per month in bonus$3,000.00 - $8,000.00 monthly average.
