Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Essex Junction, VT, for a Technician. The Technician will perform inspections, repairs, and overhauls of aircraft components, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing and addressing mechanical issues, assembling/disassembling components, and collaborating with the quality control team to ensure adherence to technical specifications. The Technician will also document work performed and maintain accurate service records to support operational efficiency. Qualifications Technical expertise in mechanical repairs, assembly, and disassembly of componentsKnowledge of FAA regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practicesProficiency in using tools and equipment required for aircraft component maintenanceStrong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skillsPrevious experience in aviation maintenance or a related field is an advantageCertification in aviation maintenance or equivalent technical training is preferred
