This role is responsible for executing key administrative and operational tasks that keep the business running smoothly.This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and eager to learn, with the ability to take direction and follow through with consistent, high-quality execution. A high level of personal accountability and integrity is essential in this role, including taking ownership of work, following through on commitments, and maintaining strong productivity with the ability to work independently.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportCoordinate meetings and prepare materials to support leadershipDraft and format communications, reports, and internal documents with a high level of accuracyOperations & Project CoordinationMaintain accurate data and support workflow coordination across active projectsManage printing and mailing of plans to customers in a timely and organized mannerWork within Google Workspace and Salesforce to support day-to-day operationsExecute assigned process improvement tasks and operational initiativesCustomer & Administrative SupportRespond to incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely mannerProvide consistent, high-quality customer supportOrganize and manage large volumes of information with accuracy and attention to detailOffice & Team SupportMaintain day-to-day office operations, including supplies, mail, and organizationCoordinate logistics for meetings, team events, and company activitiesSupport collections-related administrative tasks as assignedEnsure a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitorsField Support (As Needed)Support site inspections during rain events or high-demand periods as neededSpecial ProjectsSupport execution of company-wide initiatives and operational projectsComplete assigned projects from start to finish with attention to detail and follow-throughQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferredStrong proficiency in Google Sheets or ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyCoachable, dependable, and willing to learnDemonstrates integrity and accountability in all aspects of work, including follow-through and ownership of responsibilitiesComfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentAbility to work in-office full-timeCore CompetenciesOrganization & ExecutionAttention to DetailCommunication & ProfessionalismReliability & Follow-ThroughIntegrity & AccountabilityCollaborationAdaptabilityGrowth OpportunityThis role is designed for individuals early in their career who are looking to build a strong foundation in operations.
