Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric Med/Surg Location: Fort Defiance, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,380 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/1/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg Adult, Med-Surg Pediatrics Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Night Shift Hours per Shift: 36 guaranteed hours, flexible to work additional hours as needed Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Med-Surg, 1 year pediatric experience required License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS Must-Have: - Must be comfortable with both adult and pediatric patients. - Must be flexible to work other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Description: Registered Nurse for Med-Surg Unit for adult geriatrics and pediatric patients. Excellent staffing ratios: Non-COVID patients typically 4:1, max 5:1. COVID patients typically 2:1, max 3:1. Travelers are expected to attend staff meetings. In addition to inpatient duties, may be assigned to help cover flu immunization clinics as needed. Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting, or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights and phones. Holiday coverage is required.
