ForPermitting and Regulatory CompliancePermitting Process Management: Managing the end-to-end permitting process, ensuring all necessary permits are obtained in a timely and efficient manner.Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and requirements.Application Preparation and SubmissionComprehensive Applications: Preparing and submitting detailed permit applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.Documentation Management: Maintaining meticulous records of all permit applications, approvals, and correspondence to ensure transparency and compliance.Stakeholder Collaboration and CommunicationCross-Functional Collaboration: Working collaboratively with project managers, legal, environmental, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support and compliance for all permitting activities.Stakeholder Communication: Providing clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of permitting requirements, statuses, and any changes.Monitoring and ReportingCompliance Monitoring: Establishing and maintaining effective monitoring systems to ensure ongoing compliance with permit conditions and regulatory requirements.Regular Reporting: Preparing and presenting detailed reports on permitting compliance, project statuses, and any issues or delays to stakeholders.Risk Management and Issue ResolutionRisk Identification and Mitigation: Identifying potential risks related to permitting compliance and implement strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.Issue Resolution: Proactively addressing and resolving any issues or delays in the permitting process, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and objectives.Continuous Improvement and InnovationProcess Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements in requirements, compliance standards, and best practices.Expert Advice: Serving as a subject matter expert on permitting compliance, offering advice and counsel to project teams and other stakeholders.Environmental ResponsibilitySustainable Practices: Collaborating towards the goal of net zero carbon transition, ensuring that permitting processes support and promote sustainable practices and the proactive management of associated carbon emissions and reductions.Strategic ContributionStrategic Alignment: Ensuring permitting activities align with organizational goals and strategies, contributing to the successful execution of projects and initiatives.Outcome Evaluation: Evaluating the outcomes of permitting processes, providing insights and recommendations for future projects and improvements in compliance practices.Supplier and Contractor ManagementSupplier Performance: Managing relationships and performance of suppliers and contractors, ensuring they meet permitting requirements and deliver quality, timely, and compliant services.Quality Assurance: Ensuring all supplier and contractor engagements meet the organization's standards for compliance and efficiency.You’ll Need To HaveProven experience in reporting, data analysis, and presentation development.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, MS Project, Primavera P6 Scheduling Software).Excellent oral and written communication skills.Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders.Authorization to work in the United States.You’ll Also HaveBachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field.
