UKG Workforce Pro

• Strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Pro global business structure, including organizational setup, labor categories, and security profiles. • Hands-on experience in UKG implementations or upgrades, specifically building/modifying business structure, pay rule components, and integrations. • Full-suite functional expertise in Pay Policies, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance, Attestation, and Custom Reports. • Skilled in UKG SDM, data imports/exports, and managing interface setups. • Ability to extract and analyze system data using GCP and SQL, and load configuration updates as needed.Strong understanding of integration flows between UKG Pro WFM and HR/Payroll systems.
