Talent Acquisition Partner (Manufacturing)Salt Lake City, Utah, United StatesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will be an essential driver of growth and represent our purpose and values in attracting top talent. The incumbent will manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions, supporting hiring for our future bakery in Salt Lake City. This role reports to the Sr Talent Acquisition Manager and is based in Salt Lake City, UT.Expectation for being onsite 4-5 Days per week (We support a 24x7 manufacturing facility - so we will need you to also be flexible to join potential evening interview events at least once or twice per week)Our ideal candidate relishes the opportunity to be the public-facing representative for Nature's Bakery. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly desired.The Critical Success FactorsHave a track record of success in finding, attracting, assessing, and closing top talent at both hourly and exempt levelsBuild strong, credible relationships with hiring managers by understanding business goals and advising on talent strategyGuide hiring managers and candidates through the interview process with a strong focus on both business needs and candidate experienceChampion diversity in recruitment practices to drive diverse hiring outcomesImprove key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and retentionLeverage tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, or other ATS platforms to inform and optimize recruiting effortsOwnership of the work you are responsible for. You'll support a factory that operates 24x7, you'll need to flex and adjust to meet needs across all shifts and schedules.Minimum & Technical RequirementsPreferred experience finding creative and unique sourcing approaches to finding highly skilled Manufacturing workers like Maintenance Technicians, Quality Assurance Technicians, and engineering type roles.Ability to thrive with requisition management while showing extreme agility.
