As a key member of our contractor team, you will enjoy room for professional growth while bringing a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellence across all tasks including, though not limited to operational process development, quality assurance and logistics functions.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform documentation and document control, including development, improvement, management, and oversight of organizational quality documentsRecord Management, Records Custodian to ensure complianceServe as a Quality Focal Point (QFP) for the Crane Management System, supporting quality system operations in alignment with ISO 90012015 standardsDevelop and maintain the Quality Plan for supported organizations, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, including Navy and DoD requirementsStandardize, document, and manage functional processes, procedures, and SOPs for quality functions such as document control, customer satisfaction, and metricsIdentify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operationsCollect, analyze, and provide key metrics to support decision-making and quality system improvementEngage with stakeholders, including contractor teams, government representatives, and sponsors to achieve deliverable success in alignment with project goalsFacilitate meetings, briefings, reviews and collaborative sessions, documenting key action items, and ensuring progress trackingQualificationsRequired Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant professional experience OR High School diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience in quality, production/operations, logistics, project/program management, or related fieldExperience in quality assurance, planning, stakeholder engagement, and process/task managementStrong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting prioritiesExpertise in Microsoft Office (I.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Analytical mindset, with proficiency in generating actionable insights, making recommendations, and executing optimizations based on dataExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical writingProficiency in analyzing data to generate actionable insights and recommendationsMust be a U.S. CitizenInterim secret clearance to start with the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
