Duties may include{{:}}Develop and maintain NSWC Command overall procurement and PRT system-specific performance, accuracy, and related metricsSupport the development of briefs and reporting materials for Command and NAVSEA leadership Design, develop, and maintain Procurement and Technical Screening analytics metrics dashboards and reportsMonitor the health of PRs using a variety of data sources from Navy ERP and the Procurement ToolDesign, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Flank Speed-based sites, tools, and repositories for Procurement and PRTSupport the gathering, tracking, and implementation of PRT system requirements and updatesDevelop PRT system user guides, workflows, communications, and related materialsParticipate in and conduct PRT and procurement-related training sessions as neededUpdate internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related resource materials as neededWork with PRT end users, request generators, technical screeners, authorizing officials, and purchasing agents within the command Support NSWC IHD Command-related acquisition/procurement business process reengineering effortsSupport NSWC IHD's participation in DoW, Navy, and NAVSEA-related procurement Communities of Interest (COI)/Communities of Practice (COP)Provide Technical Screening team supervisory oversightAssist in clearing unmatched receipts, frustrated deliveries, and open obligationsProvide corrective actions on Purchase Requisitions (PR); Ensure final orders meet DoW, Navy, and NAVSEA standards for order executionAssist with the input of PRs and initiating workflows as necessaryMaintain records and files for PRs; ensure related attachments and exhibits are included and correctUpdate tracking spreadsheets to maintain statuses as neededMaintain a professional relationship with all customers and vendors in both written and verbal communicationsUse Microsoft 365, Teams, MS Power Platform, and SharePointRequirementsAn active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. The selected candidate may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified informationCandidate must possess an Associate's degree with two (2) years of relevant experience or a High School diploma with four (4) years of relevant experience in a project-related disciplineMust have experience with the Power BI and SharePoint applications Experience in creating datasets, reports, and dashboardsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills, capable of working in a dynamic team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience managing competing prioritiesBenefitsAt RMC, we're committed to your career growth! The current salary range for this position will be $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
