Job Description DescriptionA prestigious multinational company specializing in warehouse project management is seeking Temporary Full-Time Workers to assist with the setup of a warehouse for one of the largest retail e-commerce companies. This is a 5 weeks assignment located about 25 Min from Plattsburgh, in Champlain, NY.Shift: 8:00am - 5:00PMFirst day, June 01.Break: 1-hour unpaidPay Rate: $23.00 per hour5 weeks assignment (may change, according to the project's requirements).ResponsibilitiesAssembling and disassembling workstations, furniture modules, and accessoriesPack, organize, sort, and assist with workstations, furniture modules, and accessories required for the deployment of a new delivery centerAnchor and secure racksScraping tape on the floorAssemble wooden tablesUsing power toolsLong-standing and walking periodsRequires work in a crouched positionRequirementsPerforming work in compliance with safety procedures and the code of conductBe willing to go through a background check and safety trainingGood sight and hearing abilitiesBe able to stand and walk for long periodsMust be able to lift at least 50 poundsMust comply with the proper use of PPETeam player, able to cooperate with supervisors and coworkersAble to follow instructions and perform different general labor duties as assignedMust be committed to remaining at the job for the duration of the project (5 weeks. It may change by according to client's needs).This is a physically active position. The role requires standing for long periods, frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
