With a strong legacy of innovation, quality, and service, Komline-Sanderson commits to operational excellence and long‑term value creation.The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer will support manufacturing operations by developing and optimizing precision machining programs for high-performance industrial equipment. The CNC Programmer will translate engineering designs into efficient CNC programs, ensuring parts are produced to exact specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and productivity. Working collaboratively with engineering and production teams, the CNC Programmer will play a key role in improving processes, troubleshooting machining challenges, and supporting overall operational excellence.Roles And ResponsibilitiesAnalyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, and specifications to set up CNC machines according to the required production specificationsDevelop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software to improve production efficiency and product qualityPerform tests and adjust as needed to ensure the programs produce parts meeting specifications and quality standardsMaintain clear and accurate records of CNC operations and program modificationsCommunicate effectively with the production team and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projectsCollaborate with design and production staff to solve machine or assembly issuesTrain and guide machine operators in proper handling and troubleshooting of CNC equipmentRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentDiploma or certification in CNC programming/machining or related field5 years+ years of experience in the manufacturing industryProficiency with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam preferred)In-depth understanding of metal properties and machineryStrong problem-solving and attention to detailEqual Opportunity Statement: Komline is an EEO Employer- M/F/Vets/DisabledMonday-Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm EST
