We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and construction site experience to facilitate efficient communication and documentation. Lead project meetings to track milestones, resolve conflicts, and maintain alignment among all stakeholders. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process. Manage project documentation meticulously to support audits, billing cycles, and client reporting. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and project scheduling. Familiarity with heavy civil projects or infrastructure development is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated leadership in project coordination among diverse teams including clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
