This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment.$16.50/hour2nd or 3rd2:00pm - 10:00pm or 10:00pm - 6:00amProduction Assistant Responsibilities:- Assist in the operation of production machinery and equipment under the guidance of senior production staff- Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure adherence to company standards and specifications- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements in production methods- Complete production-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets and deadlines- Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations at all timesRequirements for Production Assistant:- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred- Basic understanding of production processes and machinery- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
