We are seeking a Quality Liaison to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. As a Quality Liaison, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products and processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issuesCollaborating with production teams to implement quality control measures and optimize workflowsMaintaining detailed records of quality data and generating reports for managementProviding training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practicesCoordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to managementTo be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Experience in quality control, production, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency in using quality control tools and equipmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentThis position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
