As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to drive a variety of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, vans, mini buses, and mini-coaches, while providing top-notch service to our clients. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a clean driving record are essential to this role.Our company operates 24/7, with the highest demand for chauffeurs on weekends and some mid-week shifts.Key Responsibilities Safely operate and drive various vehicles, including Sprinter Vans, Mini buses and Motor Coaches.Plan routes and trips effectively by following internal trip notes and specific client directions.Communicate clearly with dispatch, passengers, or event planners to ensure a smooth experience.Engage with clients during events such as wine tours, weddings, or local sightseeing tours.Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of assigned vehicle.Monitor weather conditions and road reports prior to departure.Report any major maintenance issues or client impactful issues to management promptly.Accurately record and report working hours using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD).Adhere to company policies, regulations and all applicable traffic laws.Prioritize safety at all times and adjust driving according to weather and road conditions.Adhere to all company policies, DOT regulations, and traffic laws at all times.Driver Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred.Commercial CDL (Class B) with Passenger Endorsement (required).Minimum 2 years of experience driving CDL buses (required).Clean driving record with no moving violations.Must pass background checks and drug tests.Ability to maneuver and park a 35-ft mini bus comfortably.Strong attention to detail, focus, and physical fitness (ability to lift up to 50 lbs).Proficient in using GPS and other routing systems.An innate sense of direction and excellent route planning skills.Smoke-free policy: Peak Limousine is a 100% smoke-free workplace, including all company buildings, vehicles, and designated work areas.Why Join Peak Limo?Competitive pay and a variety of vehicle types to drive.Flexible, part-time or full-time shifts available, with a focus on weekends and some mid-week work.A family-oriented company that values its employees and fosters a positive work environment.Opportunities for growth and career advancement within the company.ScheduleWe are a 24/7 operation and are seeking candidates with flexible, open availability throughout the week, including both weekend days. While you will not be scheduled every day, availability for any day is required.CompensationThis position pays a base wage of $7.25 per hour plus chauffeurs receive 100% of gratuities collected on trips. The combined total typically averages $20/hour for vans and $25/hour for buses.
