Director Regional Sales Excellence - This position can be based out of any of our ADM US locationsRole PurposeThe Regional Commercial Excellence Lead owns and drives the Commercial Excellence agenda across the region, ensuring consistent execution, capability building, and performance improvement across all business units and markets. This role translates global frameworks into impactful regional execution, embedding sales excellence, CRM adoption, performance management discipline, and capability development to deliver sustainable growth and value creation.ResponsibilitiesSales Excellence & ExecutionLead deployment and adoption of standardized sales methodologies, processes, and playbooks across the regionEnsure consistency in opportunity management, pipeline discipline, and value-based sellingDrive execution rigor and accountability across sales teamsCommercial Performance ManagementEstablish and drive performance management frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and cadence (e.g., pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy)Translate data into actionable insights to improve win rates, margin, and sales productivityPartner with regional leadership to identify performance gaps and lead improvement initiativesCRM & Data ExcellenceOwn CRM strategy, adoption, and data quality across the region (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)Ensure CRM is embedded as a core sales tool for pipeline, forecasting, and customer insightsDrive standardization of reporting and analytics to enable data-driven decision-makingPartner with IT and global teams on system enhancements and deploymentsTraining & Capability BuildingDefine and execute regional sales capability and training strategy aligned with global frameworksCollaborate with Sales Enablement to deploy training programs (e.g., sales methodology, negotiation, pricing)Ensure continuous capability uplift through coaching, certification, and reinforcement programsSupport onboarding and development of sales talentRegional Strategy Translation & ExecutionTranslate global Commercial Excellence priorities into regional strategies and execution roadmapsAlign execution across different business units and countries, ensuring local relevanceDrive prioritization of key initiatives based on business impactGovernance & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the regional point of accountability for Commercial ExcellencePartner with regional Sales Leadership and BU leaders to ensure alignment and adoptionParticipate in global Commercial Excellence governance and represent regional perspectivesCoordinate and guide regional Commercial Excellence champions across marketsContinuous Improvement & Value CreationIdentify and scale best practices across countries and segmentsSteer focus toward high-value opportunities and strategic accountsDrive a culture of continuous improvement, standardization, and commercial disciplineExperience Required10+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or related rolesStrong experience in multinational, matrix organizationsProven track record in driving sales transformation, CRM adoption, and performance improvementExperience working across regions and culturesExcited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed? Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.The pay range for this position is expected to be between:$160,800.00 - $223,900.00Salaried Incentive PlanThe total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive planBenefits And PerksEnriching the quality of life for the world begins by taking care of our colleagues.
