Architect

Our client seeks a construction Architect to join their team This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $80,000/year based on your experience. Plus discretionary annual bonus. You will enjoy a competitive benefits package. You will work during the day Monday-Friday. This position is 100% in office. To qualify for the construction Architect position, you must have: BA or master’s degree in architecture 3-10 years of related experience Licensed to practice architecture in the state of Iowa (or readily obtainable via reciprocity) Experience with programming Skilled in the use of Twin Motion, Enscape, and other visualization software Ability to develop and coordinate construction documentation Experience with programming, space planning and exterior architectural design Adept in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office Experience with commercial and/or multifamily residential projects a lus Proficiency in application of international building codes, life safety code and ADA requirements Some of your responsibilities as construction Architect include: Production and coordination of design process and technical documents under the direction of a licensed design professional Creation of renderings and graphical images for marketing and promotion of projects Designing and detailing in Revit Attending project and client meetings with design professionals and consultants Contributing to design discussions and idea generation Conducting site visits to review progress and ensuring design intent is executed in the field Staying current with industry trends, materials and design methods Interacting with clients and contractors If you are a team player with strong communication skills, then please submit your resume for immediate and confidential consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
