Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Palm Beach, FL for a Site Superintendent. The Site Superintendent will oversee daily operations on-site, ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget, and maintain adherence to safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, managing project timelines, coordinating resources, conducting site inspections, resolving challenges, and ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and company standards. Qualifications Project Management and Scheduling: Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely completion of construction milestones.Construction Techniques and Safety Standards: Strong understanding of construction practices, building codes, safety guidelines, and quality control processes.Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated skills in supervising subcontractors, leading teams, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders, including clients and vendors.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Proficiency in quickly identifying and resolving on-site challenges while ensuring project continuity.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction software tools, plans, blueprints, and specifications interpretation.Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory construction role, preferably with residential or commercial projects.Education and Certification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus. OSHA certification or similar safety training is highly desirable.
