This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on outbound outreach, and wants to grow into a full-cycle sales role.You will work directly with the Director of Sales, supporting outbound prospecting efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting with key sales initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to becoming a Sales Manager.Main responsibilities:Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and qualify new business opportunitiesResearch and target companies that fit Eagle Wireless’ ideal customer profileBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales teamSchedule meetings and demos for the Director of SalesAssist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materialsMaintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRMCollaborate closely with leadership on go-to-market strategies and campaignsLearn and develop sales skills with the goal of progressing into a Sales Manager roleRequired qualifications:Up to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing rolesStrong communication skills (written and verbal)High level of motivation, coachability, and willingness to learnComfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejectionOrganized and detail-orientedBachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)Preferred qualifications:Competitive, driven individuals who want to build a career in salesSomeone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic and positive attitudeInterest in technology, wireless, or B2B solutionsWhat do we have to offer you?Base salary + commission/bonus structurePerformance-based incentivesHealth, dental, and vision insuranceCareer development and hands-on mentorship from sales leadershipClear promotion path to Sales ManagerOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted!
