Order Selector/Forklift Operator

Responsibilities for order selector Following directions from the Vocollect Talkman voice order selection system, select correct product and quantity for all customer orders Customer product is palletized with the use of a riding Electric Pallet Jack Notifies management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards Operate an electric pallet jack Walk 3-6 miles per night Lift, stoop, bend and physically and consistently lift up to 50 lbs Pay close attention to detail while performing job duties including but not limited to reading labels, selection, transfers, palletizing Read alpha and numeric codes from pick sheets and slots Qualifications for order selector Must have forklift or pallet jack experience Must follow oral and written procedures including all safety policies Metric driven facility MUST BE OKAY WITH WORKING IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT Must have reliable and sure transportation Must have a steady work history with professional references Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Ability to commute/relocate: Buena Park, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
