Our high-performing Streaming Services team is searching for individuals who are curious, cutting-edge, knowledgeable and excited about sports to join us as Sports Specialists. This role is ideal for fans of major American sports; think football Sundays, baseball rivalries, and nonstop sports coverage.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a specialist, you will deliver exceptional service and act as a brand ambassador, helping to serve sports fans anytime, anywhere. That involves supporting all aspects related to our digital sports platforms via chat, SMS, email/web-form, social, voice and self-service to provide superior fan experiences every day.
