Executive Director of Food and Beverage

We are partnering with a leading hospitality and entertainment organization to identify an Executive Director of Food & Beverage to oversee multiple high-volume dining and beverage operations across a premier property portfolio in Baton Rouge.This executive leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, profitability, team development, and strategic growth across a diverse mix of concepts including upscale dining, casual outlets, bars, catering, and beverage programs.Key Responsibilities:• Lead all Food & Beverage operations across multiple venues and concepts• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and guest experience initiatives• Develop and mentor high-performing leadership teams• Oversee budgeting, P&L management, inventory controls, and operational KPIs• Partner cross-functionally to execute promotions, events, and strategic initiatives• Ensure best-in-class service, food quality, safety, and compliance standards• Identify operational improvements and emerging hospitality trendsIdeal Background:• 10+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience within casino, hospitality, restaurant, or hotel environments• 5+ years in senior leadership roles such as Director of F&B, Executive Chef, or General Manager• Strong experience overseeing multiple concepts and varying service levels• Proven success managing large-scale operations, budgets, and team development• Advanced business acumen with strong financial and operational leadership skillsThis is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic hospitality leader looking to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
