Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical documentation, supervise Clinical Care Case Managers, and ensure compliance with treatment models and timelines.Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation and treatment plans for residential and community services.Provide supervision, training, and support to clinical staff, including assessments, risk management, and therapeutic techniques.Coordinate with providers, conduct audits, and facilitate community linkages to support youth and families.Develop billable treatment plans, service notes, and bio-psychosocial evaluations, ensuring rehabilitative language and timelines are met.Train staff on clinical procedures, documentation, and coping strategies tailored to diverse cognitive and symptom levels.Maintain knowledge of relevant policies, provide crisis intervention, and ensure adherence to licensing standards.Require Master’s degree, LICSW licensure, and ability to work flexible hours in Andover, MA, with benefits including health insurance, 403(b), PTO, and more.
