Entry Level Customer Associate

Pinpoint is expanding our outreach team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Entry Level Customer Associates. As an Entry Level Customer Associate, you’ll help customers understand their options, guide them through the enrollment process, and deliver excellent support from start to finish. What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Customer Associate Engage directly with customers to present wireless, and telecom services Guide clients through service enrollments, activations, billing questions, and plan upgrades Deliver exceptional customer service and sales assistance in every interaction Maintain detailed records of client accounts, enrollment activity, and performance goals Support team initiatives and collaborate with leadership to improve customer engagement Build and maintain long-term client relationships that strengthen trust and loyalty Stay informed about telecommunications promotions, new products, and service offerings What Makes You a Great Fit Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills Interest in telecommunications, wireless services, and sales Motivated individuals who thrive in a people-first, goal-oriented setting Team players ready to grow into leadership, sales management, or account executive roles Reliable, adaptable, and organized with a desire to learn and excel Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $850.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: In person
