Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience required (any industry)
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and driven to succeed under daily activity/production expectations
Ability to learn, follow, and execute structured sales processes
Must obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (at own cost initially; reimbursed upon completion)
Must be able to pass a background check
Comfortable working in a compliance-driven environment
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Sell auto, home, and property insurance
Cross-sell within a large existing book of business
Work a robust database of leads provided by the agency
Prospect, network, and develop new business opportunities
Consistently meet daily activity and production goals
Memorize and execute sales processes to drive results
Use our lead management system to:
Stay organized and maintain a pipeline
Create follow-ups and reminders
Notate and track prospect conversations
Keep client/prospect data accurate and up to date
Follow all compliance standards and maintain professionalism in every interaction
