Epic MyChart Analyst

ClinDCast is looking for Epic MyChart AnalystResponsibilities:Design, configure, and maintain the Epic MyChart patient portal.Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and end-users to improve workflows and patient engagement.Provide troubleshooting, testing, and support for system issues and upgrades.Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards.Train and support end-users on MyChart features and functionality. Qualifications:Experience with Epic MyChart and Epic certification in Epic MyChartStrong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient portal functionality.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.This is a remote position.
