This role supports initiatives in the Supply Chain Business Transformation organization. In your role as a Senior Technical Program Lead within our team, you will drive various technical, process, and application initiatives that require your technical leadership and process knowledge directly supporting the Quality and Service teams. You will clarify and challenge objectives, develop roadmaps, assess the complexity and risks, drive process improvements/reengineering and partner with highly skilled technical resources to deliver quality solutions with agility and speed.What You'll Be DoingOrganize and drive planning, requirements, scheduling, and standup/retrospective discussionsLead efforts to improve processes for the businessesSupport the engineering teams in estimating and prioritizing tasks in order to maintain a realistic scheduleLead multiple projects and initiatives concurrentlyIdentify project scope, define success criteria, manage initiative risks, and outline resource requirements with business ownersBe responsible for the requirements & development of business use casesSet expectations with partners and team members regularly, provide project updates, and communicate key decisions on project scopeDesign, Develop, Build, and Implement the SolutionsInteract and collaborate with multi-functional teams and different org levelsWhat We Need To SeeBachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience12+ years of proven experienceAble to work on multiple projects with a team of engineers and other teammates in a dynamic and constantly evolving environmentExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills together with proficiency in adjusting your message to suit different levels of managementAbility to adapt to new challenges and promote delivery of software on time and at the highest quality possibleKnowledge in operational processes in semi-chips, boards, systems, and servers with a view of the data and process landscapeSupply Chain experience is a must, and experience leading IT infrastructure (data centers, storage, network) and Data Analytics projectsProven track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in prioritiesStrong communication skills, including effective writing and speaking/presentations.
