Role Description The Owner role at SH Group is a part-time remote position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the online distribution business. The Owner will manage product sourcing, pricing, and listings, monitor sales performance, and ensure that customer service standards are consistently met. This role includes setting strategic direction, defining business goals, and aligning marketing and operational activities with the company’s mission. The Owner will oversee financial performance, budgets, and vendor relationships, while supporting and guiding team members to achieve high-quality work. The position requires independent decision-making, long-term planning, and continuous improvement of processes that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.QualificationsStrong business management and leadership skills, including experience overseeing operations, setting strategy, and managing budgets.Experience in e-commerce or online retail, including product sourcing, inventory management, and sales analytics.Demonstrated ability to create and implement customer service standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams, vendors, and partners.Ability to make data-informed decisions, solve problems, and adapt to changing market conditions.Comfort working part time in a remote, self-directed environment with minimal supervision.Prior experience in entrepreneurship, small business ownership, or senior management is strongly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience is valued.
