This role is designed for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving systems, developing people, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced creative environment.This position works directly under the direction of Ann King, Founder + Creative Director, and in close partnership with Rachel Genco, Logistics + Product Manager.Position OverviewThe Operations Training Manager will oversee all back-of-house training and development initiatives while helping create operational consistency across the company.
