This role combines technical expertise, operational leadership, and talent development to ensure exceptional client outcomes and sustainable team performance.What You'll Be DoingLead global teams in the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of structured finance and CLO compliance modelsServe as a senior escalation point for clients, resolving highly complex issues and responding to inquiries from senior-level and key client stakeholdersEnsure analytical outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and regulatory complianceDevelop and execute resource location and staffing strategies that optimize quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness across global teamsEstablish, implement, and manage service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring that procedures, workflows, and internal controls align with defined service standardsDrive process efficiency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the groupRecruit, mentor, and develop high-performing professionals, with a strong focus on long-term individual contribution and career growthFoster a collaborative culture that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvementProvide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and development planning to build a resilient and scalable teamDemonstrate a strong commitment to working collaboratively with all team members while also operating independently as requiredConsistently prioritize client satisfaction and strong internal partnerships across functionsUphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and service excellencePerform other duties and responsibilities as discussed and agreed upon during the term of employment, consistent with the scope and level of the roleWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) strongly preferredExtensive experience in structured finance and CLO compliance, with deep expertise in CLO documentation, compliance testing, and complex analytical frameworksProven leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing, globally distributed teams, with a strong track record of talent development and succession planningAdvanced analytical and technical skills, including hands-on experience with CLO compliance models, cash flow modeling, and related financial systems and toolsStrong understanding of regulatory requirements and market practices impacting CLOs and structured finance vehiclesDemonstrated ability to serve as a senior escalation point, confidently engaging with and advising senior client stakeholders on complex and sensitive mattersExceptional operational and organizational skills, with experience designing and managing SLAs, workflows, and internal controls in a client-facing environmentA continuous improvement mindset, with a history of driving process efficiencies, risk mitigation, and scalable solutions across teams and functionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiencesA collaborative leadership style balanced with the ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong client service orientation, with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, accountability, and delivering exceptional client outcomesHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information and client relationshipsWhat We OfferAt Siepe, we don’t just hire talent, we build performance-driven teams empowered by transparency, curiosity, and continuous growth.
