Staff Scientist, Antibody Discovery

We are seeking a motivated scientist to join the Antibody Discovery team and support early-stage antibody screening initiatives. This individual will contribute to critical discovery activities by performing protein quality control assessments, preparing normalized antibody sample stocks, and utilizing automated liquid handling platforms to generate assay-ready plates. The role will also support biologics inventory and registration activities within the compound management system while maintaining accurate electronic laboratory documentation. This position offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative research environment supporting multiple active discovery programs. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine protein QC and characterization activities • Prepare and normalize antibody stock solutions for screening workflows • Operate automated/high-throughput liquid handling systems to create assay plates • Maintain and manage biologics inventory and compound registration records • Document experimental work and workflows in electronic lab notebooks Qualifications: • BS degree with 2–5 years of industry experience, or MS degree with 1–4 years of relevant experience • Strong foundation in protein biochemistry and cellular biology techniques • Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation including HPLC, cIEF, and CE-SDS • Familiarity with laboratory automation platforms and high-throughput workflows • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Kaztronix is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability, veteran status or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state or local laws.
