Plumbing Supervisor / Quality Control (QC)Location: Augusta, SCCompany: Jenkins PlumbingPosition SummaryJenkins Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor / Quality Control (QC) professional to oversee residential new construction plumbing operations in the Augusta area. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, ensuring work is completed to company standards, and maintaining quality, compliance, and efficiency across all job sites.This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong field knowledge, accountability, and the ability to hold crews to expectations while keeping projects on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesField Supervision & OperationsSupervise and support plumbing crews across multiple job sitesEnsure all work is completed according to company standards, code requirements, and builder expectationsCoordinate daily job assignments and manpower with office and field leadershipMonitor job progress and address delays or issues proactivelyQuality Control (QC)Conduct routine job site inspections (underground, rough-in/top-out, and final/trim stages)Identify and correct installation issues before inspectionsEnsure consistency and quality across all crews and job sitesMaintain QC checklists and documentation for each phase of construction Code Compliance & SafetyEnsure all work meets local plumbing codes and regulations in the Augusta areaEnforce company safety policies and job site standardsPrepare crews for inspections and ensure readiness at each stage Training & AccountabilityTrain and mentor plumbers and helpers on proper installation methods and company expectationsHold team members accountable for quality, productivity, and attendanceAddress performance issues and provide feedback to management Communication & CoordinationServe as the point of contact between field crews, office staff, and buildersCommunicate job status updates, issues, and scheduling needs clearly and consistentlyWork closely with scheduling and warranty teams to ensure smooth operations RequirementsPrevious plumbing supervisory experience required (residential new construction preferred)Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and construction phasesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and plansExperience performing or overseeing quality control inspectionsKnowledge of local plumbing codes and inspection processesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license required What We're Looking ForSomeone who knows the field and can lead from itDetail-oriented with a strong eye for quality and consistencyAble to hold people accountable without creating chaosReliable, organized, and able to manage multiple job sites at onceA leader who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to fix Pay & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceBenefits available after 30 daysBefore you begin your application, please click 'Link' to take a short assessment (Link).
