Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr Data Architect, based in Chicago, IL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sr Data Architect will design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient data architecture solutions to support organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing data governance, developing data models, managing ETL processes, and optimizing data warehouse solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality, as well as aligning data strategies with organizational objectives, is a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Expertise in Data Architecture and Data Modeling to support scalable and high-performance systemsKnowledge of Data Governance principles and best practicesProficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and frameworksExperience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Data Warehousing solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailExcellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a preference for a master’s degreeExperience with cloud-based data platforms and tools, and familiarity with healthcare data is a plus
